From April 20 to 21, the 2nd China International Conference on Intelligent Finance and Accounting and the 4th Academic Forum on High-Quality Economic Development of Hefei University of Technology were successfully held at Xuancheng Campus. The conference was hosted by Hefei University of Technology, and organized by the School of Economics of HFUT and the Organization Department of the Xuancheng Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China. He Chunkuan, Deputy Secretary of the Xuancheng Municipal Committee and Mayor, Wu Huaqing, Member of the Party Committee and Vice President of HFUT, and Zhang Xueyong, Dean of the School of Finance at Central University of Finance and Economics and Chinese Editor-in-Chief of the “Journal of Accounting Literature”, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches on behalf of the organizers and journal supporters, respectively. The opening ceremony was presided over by Professor Hong Jin, Dean of the School of Economics, and nearly 200 experts and scholars from well-known universities at home and abroad participated in the conference.

The conference consisted of keynote speeches, roundtable forums, and parallel sessions. A total of 7 sessions were established, with 39 papers selected for presentation. Scholars conducted academic exchanges on different themes and research areas. The conference was supported by the Organization Department of the Xuancheng Municipal Committee, Xuancheng Campusof HFUT, the internationally renowned journal “Journal of Accounting Literature”, the China Asset Management Research Center of Central University of Finance and Economics, the Higher Education Discipline Innovation and Intelligence Introduction Base of Central University of Finance and Economics, and Beijing Join-Quant Resset Data Technology Co., Ltd. (Resset Data). The conference not only promoted academic discussions in the fields of intelligent finance and accounting at home and abroad but also facilitated deep integration between academia and industry, providing a high-level exchange platform for experts, scholars, and industry professionals.
