An English Practice Workshop (EPW) is offered by the School of Economics. EPW courses are designed to help students improve their ability in English, including speaking, listening, and writing skills. Seat assignments are determined on a first-come, first-served basis. The speaking class specifically offers opportunities for students to build confidence in their pronunciation, listening comprehension, speaking, and presentation skills. The writing class provides various types of writing guidance, including short essays, articles, master’s and doctoral applications in addition to resumes focusing on grammar, word choice, coherence, and overall organization.
